Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days of purchase. All orders are sent United States Postal Service Mail in the USA and transit normally takes 2-7 business days, 7-20 business days for International.  We purchase a tracking number for all of our domestic packages and will send that number via your shipping confirmation email. We can not be responsible for loss or theft so please consider adding the Signature Confirmation at checkout if needed.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase on new, unworn merchandise. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable, unless an item is defective. Simply email us at Contact@Equestrianista.com for our return address, and to help us serve you better in the future, the reason for return. If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider adding a tracking number or purchasing shipping insurance.
