How do I join your email list?
We would love for you to join the Equestrianista email list and promise to only send you fabulous things like New Arrivals, Hot Seller Restocks and Exclusive Sales. Just scroll down to the bottom of this page (or any page on our site) and enter your email in the box labeled Sign up to our email list, then hit Subscribe.
I have a question. How can I contact Equestrianista?

Are all of the items on your website in the Equestrianista Mobile Boutique as well?
Not always. We carry most pieces both online and in the mobile store, but sometimes we carry mobile boutique items for the horse shows, or online-only exclusive items.
Is your website secure?
Yes, Equestrianista.com uses a secure socket layer (ssl) to encrypt the communication. Be sure that the billing address for your credit card matches the billing address used at checkout - just another safety precaution.
Will I receive a tracking number with my order?
Yes, you will receive two separate emails. The first email is a confirmation email to inform you that your order was successfully placed and that we are processing it. Once your order has been completed, you will receive another email with your tracking number.
What if the product I want to order is out of stock?
We try our best to replenish a best seller when possible, but because our pieces sell quickly, along with the fact that we are a small business that creates our offering, we sometimes have a limited availability in a design. We can not guarantee that a piece will be available again after selling out, therefore we recommend that you purchase while it's in stock. If an item is out of stock please email us at contact@Equestrianista.com and we will contact you should that item become available again.
Where do I enter the coupon code?
Computer: Add the desired pieces to your shopping cart. Check that everything in your cart is correct and proceed to the next step. Fill out the customer information portion, unless logged into your account. The column to your right will line item each piece, below this you will find the box labeled discount, with an apply tab to the right of the box. After entering your discount code the savings will be reflected in your order total.
Smartphone: Add the desired pieces to your shopping cart. Check that everything in your cart is correct and proceed to the next step. Fill out the customer information portion, unless logged into your account, and click on Continue to shipping method. The next step will show your subtotal, shipping and taxes if applicable, and your order total. Click on Order Summary and a drop down menu with your order will appear, along with a box to enter your discount code. After entering your discount code the savings will be reflected in your order total.
