Shimmer & Sparkle: the Gold Color Trend

Gray and Gold is a feminine and sexy palette used in home accessories, like those pictured left, by top designers of late (PC: Digs Digs). Whether it's the shimmery gold veins in your granite counter tops or the chic trend of painting your walls a rich, yet velvety charcoal gray. This theme of classic meets luxe has a sense of strength intertwined with femininty. Thus, it should come as no surprise that shimmer and sparkle dominated the catwalks throughout fashion shows across the world for Spring/Summer 2016 as well. From the futuristic, to the 90's metallics, this fashion trend is red hot and not slowing down.
I for one have been a tan on gray fan for a very long time. Adding a little shimmer to that tan takes it to another level of must-have!
